Like steal a piece of candy from the neighborhood when they were young. Or maybe you've been out drinking a little too much. Or something as small has just beening caught with some drugs in your possession. But we manage to put felons in jail for periods of time for crimes that we see as hanis. But when they come out some of them aren't allowed to vote, or get much needed welfare or medical care that they need. This is vital in starting a life all over again in america. And also some of the stuff that the felons have done could have been 20 years ago. But the doc says that the felons are still felons but everyone deserves a second chance at life.
